The JA Company Programme gives you new skills such as leadership, public speaking, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and workplace readiness through hands on experiences aimed at making you more knowledgeable and ready for the world of work.

How?

During the JA Company Programme, you will create and manage a fully functional company from the ground up with other cool young entrepreneurs and support from business advisors who want to see you succeed and shine!

The JA Company Programme is open to students 16-18 years old and enrolled in full-time secondary studies.

IN-school classroom programme: economics for success

Students build strong personal finances and explore career options based on their skills, interests, and values.

JA Economics for Success provides practical information about personal finance and the importance of identifying education and career goals.

Following participation in the program, students will be able to:

  • Explore their skills, interests, values, and the world of work to make informed education, career, and life decisions.

  • Develop their knowledge of personal finance so they can apply strong financial management skills regardless of their income.

Seven volunteer-led sessions are delivered over a 4-week programme.

JA Economics for Success is for Year 10-11 students and is delivered in participating, registered schools.
